About the project
In Connections, the broker already had the ability to interact with connections, schedule reminders, and perform various other functions. However, there was a gap in terms of accessing strategic performance data, which hindered autonomy and limited available resources.

Project goal
Empower brokers with an enhanced user experience through the introduction of the "New Broker Dashboard" in Connections. By providing brokers with a clear and intuitive overview of their performance data, the dashboard aimed to enable them to make well-informed decisions and optimize their strategies effectively.
Provide only essential data to avoid overwhelming the broker with excessive information.
Provide brokers with a clear task list, focusing on truly important tasks, and instill a sense of reward as they complete each task.

One of the main features of the dashboard is the creation of the "My Daily Tasks" area, where the broker can have a structured and straightforward view of the key tasks for the day, optimizing their time. The main points of this area include:

Enable users to access graphs that are genuinely useful for self-management, presenting clear and necessary details effectively.
The "My Daily Tasks" area offers a curated list of achievable tasks, engaging the broker in their activities and providing shortcuts for quicker completion.

Gamify the process by offering small rewards upon completing each task, along with a progress bar that moves as the user closes tasks.
